Part of our purpose at King's Church is to show the love of God in practical ways to the local people of Cambridge. Over the last few years, we have sought to develop a number of new community projects, some of which are listed here. All such events are free of charge and there is no requirement to have any Christian faith in order to attend them.
If you have any questions about any of the community events based at the church, please feel free to be in touch with the part-time community worker for King's Church, Jane Cavanna (pictured right). You can reach Jane at the office 01223 570848 or by emailing jane@kingschurchcambridge.org
Our current community projects include:
CAP Money - a three evening course helping people budget and take back control of their money
'Pathways' - a weekly mental health service users group for men
Street Pastors - King's Church members help patrol the city during the early hours of the morning, helping people
'Aspire' - a support group for women, meeting weekly
Toddlers - a free group for parents in the Petersfield area
Youth - a group for teenagers, meeting most Wednesday evenings
